FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Garden boxes are made to order.

We can deliver. We will confirm cost once we know your address. Alternatively, you may pick up from the sawmill.

By arrangement only.

Depends how busy the sawmill is. Generally, within two weeks. We can confirm with your quote.

It all depends on what the mill has in stock at the time orders are made. Macrocarpa and Lusitanica are closely related cypress species with similar timber qualities. They silver off the same & are of similar durability.

≈130mm per layer.

This is completely dependent on the conditions where the box is situated, we just replaced our garden boxes at home after 8 years.

No, they do not have a base and need to be on the ground.

The interlocking ends protrude about 50mm, so two boxes together would have about 100mm between them.

The number 1 golden rule is the tongue must always face up. The x2 half narrow pieces go down 1st. Then the x2 whole longer pieces fit down next. Please see the plan attached.
